Q- How do I schedule a photo session?
A- Schedule a session by contacting us by phone or e-mail. At that time we will discuss what kind of session you want, how many to be photographed, locations and recommendations. Your session fee is due at this time which holds your specific date and time.
Q- What is the best time of day to take outdoor photos?
A- It's up to you. When do you like to be outside? What is your favorite part of the day? Personally, I like to take photos in the late morning, early afternoon when parks are not so crowded and also in the evening when there is a warm tone to the skin from the sun.
Q- Can I bring my pet to be in some of the photos?
A. Absolutely! Our pets are part of the family too! We do recommend having someone there to handle him/her when he/she is not being photographed.
Q- How do I order a Sports Collage?
A- Through your Events page you can select your favorite images and send them to us by clicking on the "send favorites to photographer" button at the bottom of your events page. Here you will be able to tell us what size collage you want, if you want first and or last name displayed, position played, a favorite quote or anything you want to make it more personal. Then we will design and publish it in the Show-n-Tell gallery for viewing and printing approval. It's that easy! Links to both of these pages can be found on the Clients page.
Q- How many images can I have on a collage?
A- The more images we try to place on the collage the smaller they will be. We try not to over crowd. An 8x10 looks good with 3-5 images as an 11x14 & 16 x 20 look good with 8-12 images depending on the layout.
Q- When should I book you for my wedding?
A- We recommend at least 6 months in advance as we schedule on a first come, first serve basis. We will reserve your wedding date for you and only you. Therefore, we require a non-refundable retainer fee. You may contact us for date availability if your wedding day is closer than that.
Q- What styles of photography do you use with weddings?
A- We use a mix of traditional and photo journalistic styles of photography while working with both creative lighting and natural lighting. We will recommend different posing positions with the traditional photos and capture all the joy and detail of your wedding in a unobtrusive approach with the journalistic style. We use these styles of photography with High School Seniors too!
